Lil Shrimp Scampi
2lbs of shrimp
1 head of garlic
garlic/olive oil mixture from freezer, shavings
butter
s/p, parsley
2 garden tomatoes
white wine
parmesan
Sautee all in a pan. Serve over linguine.
