 Homemade chicken stock

chicken carcass

carrot
water
s/p, herbes de provence

let simmer for hours, skim top
pass through a colander (metal!)
partition and freeze

cumin, ginger
red curry paste, coconut milk
olive oil

Rice with yellow curry powder
