Sausage Mushroom Leek Omelette

 Sliced leftover sausage
leek, cleaned and sliced
Mushrooms, sliced
olive oil

3 eggs
milk
s/p, herbes de provence

Sautee ingredients and then pour egg/milk mixture over.
