Quiche with bacon fresh mozzarella and mustard greens

 fresh mozz
sauteed mustard greens from garden
leftover ratatouille
bacon (done in the oven)
pie crust
3 eggs, milk
s/p, nutmeg


 tomatoes surrounded by mixed greens
herbs: thyme, oregano, basil, mint, parsley, rosemary...

some mustard greens that self seeded from last year
