Hickory Smoked Massaman Curry Pork Butt with Green beans



cover using half the can- save the rest for the sauce 
4hrs in smoke. Wrapped with half a long trail beer. It went back
on the smoker for 1-1.5hrs til it hit 200F internal


I froze half of it after pulling.


green beans, sliced onion, rest of curry paste
can of coconut milk, thai pepper and shishito pepper from garden
Sautee veggies and paste first.  Then add meat and coconut milk.
I then froze more leftover in the sauce :)
