Pulled Pork in the oven

 Pork Shoulder
Cumin, salt, pepper, herbes de provence, mustard, chipotle hot sauce, honey

Start with a coating of mustard and then the rest of the spices will stick well to the shoulder.  I've been lazy the last few times--not using the smoker and opting for a shorter cook time at a higher temperature in the oven. 


 Double up the giant turkey foil pans.
 Roast in the oven at 325F for 5-6hrs until the internal temperature is around 190F.

 Let it cool for 30min~
 Rough chop the shoulder into large chunks. Next I added rough chopped onion, baby carrots, beer, pork stock(homemade), and more spices (cumin, pepper, hot sauce).
Return the dish to the oven for 1hr or so.  Pull the pork to desire-- to really crisp it up, you could take some out and throw it into a frying pan on high heat.
