Kebab Chicken Drumsticks with a mushroom kale red wine sauce and curried rice

Mushroom, sliced
Kale, small chop
Onion, sliced
Olive oil, s/p, herbes de provence
red wine
chicken stock, homemade

Curried rice
yellow curry powder

chicken drumsticks
kebab seasoning, olive oil


Cover the drumsticks with the kebab slurry. Bake in the oven at 400F til golden brown 45min~

Sautee mushroom, kale, and onion, with olive oil and spices.  Add wine and let cook off a bit before adding some chicken stock.  Let simmer the time for chicken to cook.

Prepare rice and then put it all together.
