Hickory Smoked Massaman Curry Pork Butt with Green beans



cover using half the can- save the rest for the sauce 
4hrs in smoke. Wrapped with half a long trail beer. It went back
on the smoker for 1-1.5hrs til it hit 200F internal


I froze half of it after pulling.


green beans, sliced onion, rest of curry paste
can of coconut milk, thai pepper and shishito pepper from garden
Sautee veggies and paste first.  Then add meat and coconut milk.
I then froze more leftover in the sauce :)

Grilled Zucchini and Chicken drumsticks

Easy Meal: roasted sausage potatoes asparagus

 Easy one dish meal- I find cookie sheets easy to clean.

Bake in oven at 400F for 45min~

Quiche with bacon fresh mozzarella and mustard greens

Mix in a blender vinegar, fresh salsa, lime, serrano peppers, s/p

Heat up the mixture in a saucepan for a little.  Strain using a fine colander.

Store in the fridge.
