Hickory Smoked Ribs

 I guess I forgot to take a picture of the ribs-Woops!  I cooked up some spare ribs.  Those are some burnt ends from leftover trim.  I used hickory wood chunks and lump charcoal, and I kept the temp. around 200-250F.  
Burnt Ends- 4hrs
Smaller side of of spare rib- 5hrs
Main Slab- 6hrs
Cherry tomatoes from the garden
