Goat Cheese Crostini, Bruschetta Crostini, Avocado Zucchini Flower Crostini

 Goat Cheese Crostini

goat cheese
sliced baguette
olive oil, s/p
chopped oregano


Bruschetta
pesto
chopped tomato
olive oil, s/p

Pesto
fresh basil from garden, garlic, olive oil, lemon zest, s/p, parmesan cheese in blender

Put bruschetta on after cooking sliced bread with dabs of pesto and garnish with balsamic glaze.

I did another variation of this crostini today with arugula under the avocado. (not pictured)
