Fresh Mozzarella Tomato Pesto Salad and Pain Perdu

 Tomatoes (from the garden) sliced

pesto: fresh basil from the garden, garlic, olive oil, s/p, parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and i had no pine nuts. Dump it all in the blender for a quick pesto

Fresh Mozz. sliced

Balsamic glaze

s/p
Baguette (week-old)
egg, milk, nutmeg
sugar

Make French Toast.  Then toss in sugar.
