Swiss Chard Pizza


swiss chard (bright lights from the garden), shred a touch thicked than you would iceberg lettuce for a sandwich (4-5 big leaves)
mushrooms (sliced)
garlic (diced)
ground beef (1/4 lb)
monterey jack cheese shredded
tomato sauce
mixed fresh herbs (chives, parsley, oregano)
10in flour tortillas

Start garlic, chard, mushrooms, and ground beef in a pan.  Add herbs.  Crumble/break apart ground beef.  Break out a cookie sheet, preheat your oven to 350-400F.  Spread tomato sauce on tortillas, leaving a little 'crust' border.  Add cheese then filling or vice versa (I tried both ways, no difference, really).  Bake for 15~ til lightly golden brown.
