Shepherd's Pie
ground beef
carrots, mushroom, onion, garlic
olive oil, s/p, herbes de provence
wine, water
potato, sliced/scalloped
Saute meat mixture. Dump into a baking dish and top with potato. Bake dish at 400F til brown 30-45min~
