Buffalo Chicken stuffed Zucchini topped with blue cheese

 Leftover Roasted Chicken, chopped
inside of zucchini, chopped
garlic, onion /minced and chopped
tomato, chopped
buffalo hot sauce
olive oil, s/p, herbes de provence
blue cheese

Sautee vegg and chicken with sauce and spices


 Bake in the oven at 400F for 30min~ til browned
