Zucchini Tomato Tarte


 grill sliced zucchini and tomato in oven with olive oil, s/p, and herbes de provence
 Flash pie crust in oven before starting to fill.
Spread dijon mustard on base and then align zucchini slices.  The tomato slices were a touch overcooked and didn't come off the sheet whole.  Place in tomatoes in center.  Add fresh basil leaves and frozen pesto mix in small dollops.




 A little balsamic glaze for show and extra flavor.

Chicken Cacciatore over macaroni

 mushrooms
onion, frozen homemade pesto mix
carrots, tomatoes
olive oil, s/p, herbes de provence,
fresh thyme and rosemary from garden
red wine, homemade chicken stock
leftover grilled drumsticks
sliced black olives
macaroni









grilled drumsticks, burgers, sausage, grilled yellow wax beans

Steak and Eggs over easy

 Leftover steak, cut into strips
2 eggs



Grilled Steak and Zucchini topped with blue cheese

olive oil, s/p, herbes de provence 











Shepherd's Pie

 ground beef
carrots, mushroom, onion, garlic
olive oil, s/p, herbes de provence
wine, water

potato, sliced/scalloped

Saute meat mixture.  Dump into a baking dish and top with potato. Bake dish at 400F til brown 30-45min~

Serrano and shishito peppers
leftover roast beef, sliced into strips
garlic, ginger
curry paste, coconut milk
rice







Buffalo Chicken stuffed Zucchini topped with blue cheese

 Leftover Roasted Chicken, chopped
inside of zucchini, chopped
garlic, onion /minced and chopped
tomato, chopped
buffalo hot sauce
olive oil, s/p, herbes de provence
blue cheese

Sautee vegg and chicken with sauce and spices


 Bake in the oven at 400F for 30min~ til browned
