Kale Onion Mushroom Quiche

3 eggs
milk, nutmeg
swiss cheese- cubed
pie crust
olive oil, s/p, herbes de provence

Sautee onion, mushroom, kale, olive oil, and spices.  Pour mixture into pie crust.  Sprinkle cheese over and then pour egg/milk mixture over.  Bake at 400F for 35min til browned.
