Drunken Pork and Rice

Leftover chinese food rice
kale
leftover pork tenderloin - cubed
olive oil, s/p, herbes de provence
red wine
tomato sauce
toasted sourdough

Sautee kale and pork with olive oil and spices.  Then add red wine and cook off a little before adding tomato sauce.  Add the rice and let simmer.  Meanwhile, toast bread.  I know, I know--two starches...but you'll want some bread to soak up the sauce.
