Shrimp Kebabs

 Blackened Shrimp:
Sprinkle blackened seasoning.

Shrimp Scampi:

Lemon
Garlic(minced)
White wine
Tomato(diced)
Onion(diced)
Olive Oil
Herbes de Provence

Cook down the sauce.  Near the end I added a few shrimp into the sauce to add flavor.  Cook shrimp kebabs with s/p, garlic, herbes de provence, and lemon juice.  Pour the sauce over the kebabs before serving.

Jamaican Yellow Curry Shrimp with Pineapple:

Mix greek yogurt and jamaican yellow curry powder in a bowl.  Dump shrimp into the curry mixture.  Chop pineapple down.  Assemble kebabs and pour remaining sauce over.

Vegetable Medley: Onion, bell pepper, zucchini, tomato
