RIBS

 Rub/Marinade for a day.

Cumin, Cayenne, Paprika, s/p, hickory bbq sauce...and a few other ingredients...

The thinner rack took 4.5hrs.  The other took 5.5hrs~  Smoker was around 200-250F.  I used JD whiskey barrel chips.
