Roasted Poblano and Serrano Salsa



2 tomato
1 onion
2 serrano
3 poblano
4 garlic cloves
cilantro
1 lime
s/p, other seasoning (while cooking on bbq)

Char on bbq (will come off at dif times), then chill. De-seed peppers, take skin off of tomatoes and peppers.  Put everything in blender.

Wind up with a fiery salsa verde. Enjoy!

Almond Apple Yogurt Cake

3-4 apples
almond flakes
1 strawberry yogurt
3 eggs
1/2 pot oil (vegetable, sunflower, olive..)
cinnamon
1 pot sugar
pinch of salt
honey
3 pots flour
1 sachet sucre vanille (sugar/vanilla)
1 sachet levure chimique (baking powder)

Similar recipe found here  Use the yogurt container as your measuring cup for the flour, oil, and sugar.

Sautee sliced apples with honey, cognac, cinnamon.  Make your cake mix seperately.  Butter or spray your cake pan.  I layered the apples on the bottom of the dish.  Then came the cake batter.  I sprinkled some almond slivers and sugar on top.
