Stuffed Swiss Chard

A bunch of swiss chard
ground beef
rice
goat cheese
parmesan, swiss
oregano, sage, rosemary, s/p
olive oil
tomato sauce
pesto mix: blend of garlic, basil, and olive oil
small onion

I tweeked it a bit, adding goat cheese.  I think the goat cheese really set it off.
