Strawberry Rhubarb Custard Pie

Found a recipe here for this pie.

I didn't use water and eye-balled the milk.  I put maybe 1/2cup less sugar but added some jam into the custard.  It was still too sweet for my taste.  The quantity of rhubarb was closer to 1 1/2cups (3 stalks).  I also added more strawberries..maybe closer to 2 cups.
