Omellete (Spinach, Ham, Tomato, Swiss)

4 eggs
1cup~ milk
1/2 cup cubed swiss
1 tomato cubed
1/2 cup ham sliced and cubed
1/2 cup frozen spinach pack
sage, thyme, s/p

Heat up that spinach.  Chop down the other additions.  Beat the eggs and add the milk.  Then mix in tom, spinach, ham, swiss, and sprinkled some seasoning.  Cook it up and serve!
