Crabmeat Quiche

2.5lb crabmeat imitation
1 red onion

quiche crust

3 eggs
1c milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
s/p
fresh parsley
1/2c chopped swiss cheese

Grind up onion and crabmeat in food processor.  Cook in a pan for a bit.  Whisk eggs, milk, other stuff together with crabmeat/onion mix.  Pour filling into a quiche crust in quiche pan.
