Hatch Peppers and taco stuffers
New Mexico Hatch Peppers
Baked in the oven at 400F with olive oil, s/p for 20-30min~
Grilled zucchini (olive oil, s/p), taco meat (ground beef, cumin, tomato, onion, s/p....)
