Thai Green Curry Chicken Pot Pie

 Leftover Roasted chicken (cubed)
sliced mushrooms
kale (chopped, from garden)
tomato(chopped)
onion(chopped)
garlic(minced)
trader joe's green curry sauce
pie crust
egg yolk



Sautee Onion, mushroom, kale, garlic, tomato.  Dump chicken and sautee mix into a dish.  Cover with pie crust, make air vent slits--get fancy with it.  Brush with egg yolk.  Bake til browned.  400F for 30-45min
