Fried Zucchini Flowers
Dredge
1 1/2cup flour
12oz club soda
s/p
Stuffing
fresh mozz., cubed
fresh basil, chopped
garlic, chopped
serrano pepper, chopped
Winter and Summer squash flowers
Shallow fried in canola oil in deep dish pan
Bagel Chips
Sriracha bagel chips
jalapeno bagel
sriracha
s/p
olive oil
Thyme bagel chips
salt bagel
s/p
olive oil
thyme
Raisin bagel chips (not in picture)

Slice bagel thin 1/4-1/2in thick and place on cookie sheet, spread something over if you like. Bake at 400F for 15min~ til crispy and golden brown.
If chopped up small, they could probably be used as croutons-
