Lardon

milk
thyme, marjoram

garlic
pate feuilletee
shredded emmental
Sautee leeks, lardon, garlic and onion in a pan with spices. Put mix into crust, sprinkle cheese over, and then pour mixture of milk and egg over. Bake at 400F for 25-35min, til golden brown.
