Blend onion, garlic, curry, chili pepper and lemon together. Start the sauce in the pan, let bloom a bit and then add shrimp. Next, I remembered I had a little leftover ratatouille; so I dumped that in to add some flavor. The dish turned out nicely with the right amount of sweetness, not missing coconut milk in the least..

1/2 bunch of cilantro
