Stuffed Zucchini Flowers with Blue cheese

zucchini flowers
blue cheese
milk
bread crumbs
vegetable oil

(since I didnt have many flowers I tried skipping the egg dredge...it worked out fine)

Madras Curry Shrimp and Red Cabbage Slaw

Madras Curry Shrimp

jumbo shrimp
garlic
onion
leftover ratatouille
lemon
curry powder, s/p
1 thai chili pepper

Blend onion, garlic, curry, chili pepper and lemon together.  Start the sauce in the pan, let bloom a bit and then add shrimp.  Next, I remembered I had a little leftover ratatouille; so I dumped that in to add some flavor.  The dish turned out nicely with the right amount of sweetness, not missing coconut milk in the least..



Red Cabbage Slaw

1/2 head of red cabbage
1/2 onion
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 lime
s/p
honey
