Tacos Gringos

15min to make

beef
garlic, cumin, taco seasoning, lime, s/p, cilantro
homemade salsa
mexican shredded cheese
tortillas
olive oil

In a pan get the beef going with some olive oil and the spices.
Turn on a stovetop burner and toss a tortilla directly on the metal grate.  Rotate to not let burn too much but a lil char adds a ton of flavor.  Then flip...I put the cheese on the bottom so it could melt between the hot tortilla and the beef.  Add some salsa on top.
Tasted almost like a taco version of a quesadilla.
